Staying for 2 nights in a triple room with a view was good. The daily offerings of delicious snacks were a highlight, especially the great steaks that we enjoyed nearby.

We had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the spacious triple room with a gorgeous view and the constant availability of snacks and hot drinks throughout the day. However, the traditional keys were a bit cumbersome compared to card access. Would definitely stay here again!

Its location just walking distance from Piazza Navona was stunning and amazing. I had triple room that also was complete with a perfect view, amazing windows and the bedroom. The staff were superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating: D

Great location close to many attractions.

It barely functioned during my entire stay, frustrating. Climbing the stairs with my heavy bags seemed like a punishment after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was uncomfortably hard. I expected better comfort for the price. Surprisingly, the coffee machine didn't work well either, unacceptable for a hotel that prides itself on hospitality.

Yo, the room was on point-huge, clean, and the bathroom? Super spacious. Loved the snacks always chillin' in the kitchen and great coffee to kickstart my day. The staff were so friendly and ready to help 24/7.

I loved the fantastic location of Maison Ottavia, just a short walk to major attractions. The room we stayed in, a Standard Triple Room, offered a beautiful view and plenty of space for our family. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious snacks and great coffee, made for a relaxed start to our days. Especially Antonio, were really nice too. The mattress was a bit hard for my taste, which affected my sleep. The coffee machine had its issues too. It didn't work well even after they replaced it. Despite these small inconveniences, I would definitely choose to return because of the overall positive experience.

uninterrupted comfort

Recommended for couples looking for comfort

The hotel offered a private transfer, which we paid for, and it was clean and quick. Plus, there were snacks and hot drinks available all day, made for a very relaxed vibe in between our explorations.

It was pricey but considering the service and amenities, it was still worthwhile.

Maison ottavia has an excellent location, just steps from all the major attractions. We stayed in a triple room with a view, which wasvery comfy and tidy. The hosts were super helpful and even gave us great recommendations for dining out. The marble staircase was a true highlight.
